Frequently asked questions
How does €9.95 per website work?
Every website you add in the dashboard costs €9.95 per month (excl. VAT). Manage 5 client websites and you pay €49.75 per month — one invoice, cancel monthly.
Do you store IP addresses?
No. We derive a coarse country from edge geo headers and only keep a per-website peppered hash of the IP (for rate limiting). We never store raw IP addresses.
Is the loader async or sync?
Both. The async snippet is a single line and fine for most sites outside the EU. For EU/EEA/UK we recommend the sync snippet (or the GTM template), so Consent Mode v2 defaults are in place before Google tags fire.
Do you claim full GDPR compliance?
No. Compliance also depends on legal context outside the software (data processing agreement, sub-processors, copy review). We publish honest compliance notes with each release.
Does it work with Shopify and Google Tag Manager?
Yes. For GTM there is an official template (download it in the dashboard); for Shopify you install a single script tag in theme.liquid — choices are passed on to Shopify Customer Privacy. An app embed without theme code is in development.
